VIntage Quink Ink permanent black ink with Solv-x bottle in box, about 1/4 full with ink. The Parker permanent ink with Solv-X was introduced in 1931.  Guessing this one is 1960's - 70's  Explore with the ink that's left in it or keep it as a collectable. 

Box is in rough shape but the glass bottle is fine and label is ok. The glass bottle is embossed with the Parker name.
